We experienced some pretty epic weather conditions during our recent camping trip on Kick. You see, the forecast called for clear sunshine, but Mother Nature had other thoughts. Apparently, she decided to throw a massive rainstorm right in the middle of our adventure!
Our tent quickly became into a swamp. {Everything was soaked through and through. We attempted to stay dry, but it was a losing battle. The rain just kept pouring.
It wasn't all bad though. more info There was something unique about the whole experience. The campers huddled together in our makeshift shelter, sharing laughs and making an effort stay warm.

Well friends, it's been a crazy few days here on the farm! The veggies are thriving like crazy, and I'm really excited about all the {freshfoods we're going to have.
I've also been workin'/toiling/hustling hard on {someventures that I can't wait to share you all about soon! In the meantime, here are a couple of {quickhighlights:
* Managed to finishing up the workshop.
* The chickens/goats/cows are laying/producing/giving tons/loads/plenty of eggs/milk/cheese.
* I've been learning some new recipes using all the fresh ingredients from the farm.

Thrilling Trails: A Rainy Adventure with Jess
Rain deluged down, turning our campsite into a brown lagoon. But that didn't stop Jess! She was ecstatic to be out here in the wild, braving the elements with a smile on her face. We pitched our tent, which squealed like a wounded animal every time a gust of wind hit it. We huddled inside, sharing laughs, the warmth of each other's company driving the chill. Later, we watched the rain drumming on the leaves, listening to the music of nature. This wasn't just a camping trip, it was an challenge. A true "Girl Gone Wild" moment!

Little did she know that the heavens above were gonna open up and soak everything in sight!
